AN OPOINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and. specii'ications
for 'the improvement of: Herren Avenue between Dibb Street and E 33rd Street,
and E 33rd Street between Solie Avenue and ~erren Avenue by Cae constrmccion
of sanitary sewers.
THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section l, That the maps, plans and speci~'ications prepared by the City
~ngineer, now on file in tk~ c~fice oI' the City Clerk fo~ the improvement of
Herren Avenue between ~bb Street ~d E 33rd Street, and E 33rd Street betwee~
Solie Avenue and Herren Avenue by the construction oi' sanitary sewers togethe~
wit~ the dozng oi' all othez, work in connection therewith as may be necessary
to make such improvement a; complete Job, be and t~es~e is hereby adopted.
Section 2. '~'hat this ordinance shall be in f~l force and effect i~ed-
lately ~'ollowing its passage and~ publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co~cil of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayo~
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, t~s 17th
day of Sept.,l~S2.
