AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of: The Alley in Block 7 of William Bremer's First Add-
ition, between Naval Avenue and Hewitt Avenue by the construction of a 6 inch
14 foot wide concrete alley pavement.
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the Office of the City Clerk for the improvement of
the Alley in Block 7 of William Bremers First Addition, between Naval Avenue
and Hewitt Avenue by the construction of a 6 inch thick 14 foot wide concrete
alley pavement together with the doing oi~ all other work in connection there-
with as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, be and the
same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immed-
iately following its~passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 3rd
day of September, 1952.
