AN OR~.~INANCE amending the Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No.
1792, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BR~,~¢MERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 46 of the City
Planning Commission, the Use and Area Naps of Ordinance No. £rZg~
shall oe amended in conformity with Chapter l, Title ~ thereof, as
follows:
Tract A, First Addition to Anderson Cove,
as recorded in Volume 7 of Plats, page 68,
records of Auditor of Kitsap County, situa'ce in
Kitsap County, State of Washington,
be rezoned from Residential One to Business.
Section ~. That au emergency exists and this ordinance is
necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health
and safety of the citizens of the City of Bremer~on, and for
the purposes of genera± welfare, and the same shall take effect
immediately following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by ~he City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Nayor and attested oy the City Cler~ in authentication
of such passage this 20th day of August, 19~.
