AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and speciI'icati
for the improvement of Bloomington Avenue between Eleventh Street and
Thirteenth Street by clearing, grubbing, grading for and the construction of
five foot concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF B~MERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement
of Bloomington Avenue between Eleventh Street and Thirteenth Street by clearin
grubbing, grading for, and tae construction of i'ive foot concrete sidewalks
and concrete curbs and gutters, together with the doing of all o~her wor~ in
connection therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete
job, be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That tais ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of t~e City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerx in authentication oz such passage,
this 30th day of July, 1~52.
