AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for the
improvement of East 17th Street from Ironsides Avenue to Trenton Avenue, Ironsides
Avenue from East 16th street to East 17th Street, Vandalia Avenue from East 16th Street
to East 17th Street by clearing, grubbing, grading for, and the construction of five
foot concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City Engineer~
now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of East l?th Street
from Ironsides Avenue to Trenton Avenue, Ironsides Avenue from East 16th Street to East
17th Street, v~ialia Avenue from East 16th Street to East 17th Street by clearing,
grubbing, grading for and the construction of five foot concrete sidewalks and concrete
curbs and gutters, together with the doing of all other work in connection therewith as
may be necessary to m~¢e such improvement a complete job, be and the same is hereby
adopted.
Section 2. That this ordinance stlall be in full force and effect immediately
following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASS~ BY THE CX~Y CO~CIL of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City clerk in authentication of such passage, this 23rd day of July, 1952.
