AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps oI' Ordinance No. 1792, and de-
claring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREr~'~ERTON DOES O~:IDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 48 of the City Planning Com-
mission, the Use and Area Maps o~' ~rdlnance No. 1792, shall be ~ended in con-
formity with Chapter l, Title ~ ~hereoi', as follows:
The South 128 feet of the west 280 i'eet cz~ C~e following described
property situate in the Co~Cy of Kitsap, State of Washington: That
portion of the following described property which lies north of State
Highway No. 21~
That portion oI~ Government Lot l, an~ oi' the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 18, Township 2~ North, Range i East, W.~v~.
described as follows:
Begi~ing at a point 6.9 chains east and 1~.88 chains north oI' ~he
southwest corner of said ~ection 18; thence north ~o the gover~enc
meander line; thence easterly along said meander line to the west line
cZ' National Oity according to plac thereoI' recorded in vol~ne 2
Plats, on page Z~, records o~' Kicsap Co~ty; thence South along the

Section 2. ~'hat an emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary
for the i~ediate preservation of public peace, health ~d saI'ety of the cit-
izens oI' the City of Bremerton and I'or the purposes of general welfare, and
the s~e shall take effect i~ediately following passage and publication.
PASSED AND APPROVED unanimously by the City Co~cil of the City of
Bremerton and signed by the ~'~ayor and attested by the Clerk, in authentication
of such passage this 16th day of July, 1952.
