AN ORDINANCE vacating an alley adjoining and abutting Lots 4
and 5 and 9 to 26 inclusive, Block 8, Port Orchard.
THE CITY 0F BRE~fi~{TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. -hat there has been previously filed with the City

Council a petition for the vacation of an a±ley abutting and adjoin-
ing Lots 4 and 5 and 9 to 26 inclusive, Block 8, Port Orchard, as per
plat recorded in Volume 1 of Plats page 96, records of Kitsap County,
Washington; and that a Resol~tion favoring such vacation was adopted
by the City Council oi' the City of Bremerton on the 21st day of i~ay,
1952, and setting the llth day ox~ June, 19S2, at the hour of 10
o~clock A.M., D.S.T., thereoI' as ~he date and time upon which said
petition would be heard by the City Council and that notice oI' said
hearing has been posted and given in the manner required by law.
Section 2. '¢'hat an alley in Block 8, Port Orchard, more parti-
cularlY described, to-wit: The alley fronting and a0utting Lots
and 5 and 9 ~o 26 inclusive, Blook 8, Port Orchard, as per plat there-
of recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, page 96, records of Kitsap Century,
Washington, be, and the same hereby is, declared vacated and the City
Clerk is authori~ed to c~rtify a copy oI' this Ordinance to be a true
and correct copy hereof and file ~he same for recording by the Auditor
of Ki~sap County, Washington.
