AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and speci-
fications I'or The improvement of Yantic Avenue from Farragut Street
to Porter Street by clearing, grubbing, grading I~or and construction
of concrebe curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BRE~IERTON DOES O:{DAIN:
Section 1. 'Zhat the maps, plans and specifications prepared by
the City'. Engineer, now on file in the office oi' Dhe City CLerk for
the improvement of Yantic Avenue from Farragut Street to Forter Street
by clearing, grubbing, grading for, and construction of concrete curbs
and gutters, ~ogeDher with the doin$ of all other worx in connection
therwi~h as may be necessary to make such improvement a~ complete job,
be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section ~. That ~his ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Nayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage, this 4th day of June, 1952.
