AN ORDINANCE providing for the zoning of the City of Bremerton into
fire districts and establishing the limits oi~ such districts and repeal-
ing Ordinance No. 1866 and all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict therewith and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. All that portion of the City of Bremerton embraced with-
in the following described limits shall be Fire Zone No. 1-1.'

ition to Bremerton, North to the Government Meander Line.
Section 1V. All that portion of the City of Bremerton emoraced with-
in the following described limits shall De Fire Zone No. 3-3:
Fire Zone 3-3.
Lots l, 22 and 23, Joseph Daly's Garden Tracts.
All of Supplemental Plat of Bayview Garden Tracts.
And that area described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East margin of Thompson Drive, 410
feet North or the North margin of Fifteenth Street; thence
North along said East Margin of Thompson Drive to the South Boun-
dary line of Supplemental Plat of Bayview Garden Tracts; thence
East along said South line of Supplemental Plat of Bayview Garden
Tracts 134.86 feet; thence South to a point 410 feet North of the
North ~Iargin of Fifteenth Street; thence West to the East margin
of Thompson Drive, the point of beginning.
Section 18. All that portion oI' the City of Bremerton embraced with-
in the following described limits shall be Fire Zone 3-4:
Fire Zone 3-4.
Lots i to 9 inclusive, Block 9, and Lots I to 3 inclusive, Block
lC, Decatur.
Lots 9 and lC, Block 2, Bender's Addition to Decatur.
Section 19. Whenever any property adjacent to fire zones l, 2 or 3,
shall be hereafter rezoned as a business district, such property shall,
upon such rezoning and reclassification, be included within the limits
of the particular fire zone to which it is adjacent and shall be subject to
the provisions of the ordinances or the City of Bremerton, Washington,
relative to property in such fire zone.
Section 20. All other portions of the City of Bremerton not described
in the preceding sections shall be designated as Fire Zone No. 4'. Permits
shall be issued for the erecti6n, construction or moving of buildings or
structures within or into Fire Zones l, 2, 3 and 4.
Section 21. Ordinance No. 1888 'and other ordinances in conflict are
hereby repealed.

Section 22. That an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist
affecting the public pease, health, sa~'ety and welfare of the citizens
oi' the City oI' Bremerton and this ordinance shall be effective immed-
iately following passage and publication.
PASSED and APPROVED unanimously by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the ~'~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 28th day of May, 1982.
