AN ORDINAl!CE relating bo buildings and/or structures
within the City of Bremerton and amending Section $701-2 of
Ordinance No. 1418.
THE CITY OF BRS~iERTON .~)ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~'hat Section 3701-2 of Ordinance No. 1418 be
and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 3701-2: The Van-Pack, er chimney manufactured by
the Van-Packer Corporation and uhe Vitroliner type "E" flu
chimney bearing the label of the Underwriter's La~ora'tories,
Inc., may be installed in aceo rdance with the manufacturer,s
specifications and erected as approved substitute chimneys and
used within the city of Bremerton.
APPROVED on l'irst reading the 23rd day o~' April, 1~52.
PASSED by the City Council on second reading on the 30th
day of April, 1952, signed by the ~,.ayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication oi' such passage.
