AN ORDINANCE relating to intoxicating liquor and amending 0rSinance
No. 1367.
THE CITY OF BRI~MERTON DOES OI~DAIN:
Section 1. That section 8 of Ordinance No. 1367, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 8. It shall be unlawful for any person under
the age of twenty-one years to acquire in any manner, consume,
or have in his possession, any into~icating liquor; provided,
that t~e forego±ng shall not apply in the case of liquor given or
permitted to be given to such p~rson under the age of twenty-one
years by his parent or guardian for beverage or medicinal
purposes, or administered to him by his physician or dentist rot
medicinal purposes.
APPROVED on first reading this l~th day or February, 1952, by
the City Council of 5he City of Bremerton.
PASSED on second reading the 2Otb day of February, 1952 by the City
Council or ~he City of Bremerton, signed by bhe Mayor and attested by
the City Clsr~ in authentication of such passage.
