district; providing for the collection thereof; creating and establishing
a special fund therefor, and fixing the date for the issuance of bonds in
payment thereof.

Section 1. That the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 24P. providing for the improve~.e~t of Lafayette Avenue z'rom 15th Street
to a point 150 ft North of 21st Street and from 2~th Street to 26th Street;
Cambrian Avenue from 15th Street to 24th Street; Veldee Avenue from F, 4th
Street to 26th Street; Alley Oetween Lafayette Avenue and Veldee Avenue
from 26th Street to a point 540 feet south; Wycoff Avenue from 15th Street
to 26th Street; Alley between Cambrian Avenue and Wycoi'f Avenue z'rom 2Otb
Street to 21st Street; Easement between Wyco~'f Avenue and Callow Avenue
North oI' 19th Street and east of Callow Avenue; Callow Avenue from 15th Stre

necessary to ma!~e such improvement a complete job, all in accordance with
the plans and speci~'ications on file in the office oI' the City Cler~ and as
provided by and described in Ordinance No. 1892, be and the same is hereby
approved and con~'irmedo
Section 2. That each parcel and lot o.t.' land or part thereoZ', as
shown in said assessment roll, is specially benei'ited 0y s aid improvements,
that there be and hereby is assessed a~ainst each p~rcel and lot or' land
and part thereof and other property con~sined in said improvement disorict
as shown in s aid roll, including the property belonging to the City of Brem¢
the respective amounts in said roll set against each parcel or lot of and/o~
part thereoI', and other property between the termini of said improvement
abutting u?on, adjacent or proximate to said street, and such amotmts so
assessed are hereby dec±ared to be a first lien against each parcel or lot
of land or part thereoz', a~_jainst which the same is assessed in said roll.
Section 3. That z'or the pur?~se oi' this said improvement there is
hereby created and established a special fund to be known and ca~led "Local
Improvement Fund, District No. ~2". Bonds, bearing interest at 4'?/~, shall
be issued in serial ntm~bers z'rom one to 285, both inclusive, or so many as
'be necessary to provide for the uncollected portion of :aid special
assessment due or ow~_ng for the uncollected portion in said district on the
date hereinafter fixed, the same 'to be irt denominations of Five Hundred
Dollars each, except the first which shall Se for such fractional part of
Five Hundred Dollars as may be remaining due and unpaid on said date, payabl
from said "Local Imorovement t'und, Oistrict No. 242."

Section 4. That the 10th day of ~arch, i~8~, be and th~ same
is hereby fixed for the date of the issuance an~ sale of the bonds
to ~e issued on account oI' said improvement.
Section 8. That this ordinanc~ shall be in full force and effect
upon passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council, signed by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passa~i~ this Bnd day of
