AN ORDINENCE amending Use and Area *'*aps of ~rdinance No. 1792,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. $6 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of 0rdin-
ance No. 179~ be, and 'they hereby are amended in conformity with Chap-
ter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real .property:
Portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 21, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, Willamette
~er~dian~ Ki~saP~O0unty,~Washington,~described aS follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter
of the Northeast quarter of Section 21; thence North 855.88
feet along the West line of said Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter, to the South line of Beloit Street;
Thence East along said South line 335.~Z ft.; thence South

the Northeast quarter; thence West along said South line

be rezoned from Residential One to Manufacturing Zone.
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the sane shall be in full force and effect im-
mediately upon passage and pyblication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Eayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 25th day of November, 1953.
