AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and speci-
fications for the improvement of: East 1Vth Street from Perry Avenue
to Nipsic Avenue by the construction of five foot concrete sidewalks
and concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BREk'ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by
the City Engineer, now on file in the Office of the City Clerk for the
improvement of East 17th Street from Perry Avenue to Nipsic Avenue by
the construction of five foot concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and
gutters together with the doing of all other work in connection there-
with as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job, be
and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately following its passage and publication, as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in aUthentication of such pas-
sage, this 4th day of November, 1953.
