AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton, levying municipal taxes
against all of the taxable property within the City Limits of the
City of Bremerton for the year 1953, and approving the assessment
roll made by the Assessor of Kitsap County therefor, to be collect-
ed in the year 1954.
THE CITY OF BR~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That a tax of the total valuation of the taxable
property of .the City of Bremerton, assessed in the sum of $296,763.10,
said tax being in amounts as follows, be and the same is hereby levied
against all of the taxable property located within the corporate lim-
its of the City of Bremerton, for municipal purposes, for the year
1953, to be collected in the year 1954, the same to be carried,on the
tax rolls and collected by the Treasurer of Kitsap County:

Section 2. That the assessment roll as made by the County Assess-
or of Kitsap County, Washington, and reviewed by the County Commission-
ers of said County, assessing property values as a basis for taxes for
the year 1953 to be collected in the year 1954, in which, said roll the
taxable property in the City of Bremerton is assessed in the sum of
$19~784~20V.00 be and the said assessment roll is hereby approved as
the assessment roll for levying taxes for the City of Bremerton.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect im-
mediately following~passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this Vth day of October, 1953.
