AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREM~tTON DOES ORD~ N:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 54 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area "'aps of Ordin-
ance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are emended in conformity with Chap-
ter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:

Lots 38 to 40 inclusive, Block 17, Plat of the Town of
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
Lots 19, 20 and 21, Nels Nelson's Addition to the City
of Bremerton, Ki~sap County, Washington
be rezoned from Residential Two to Business Zone.
Lots I and 2, Block l, Dietz Addition to the City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, Washington,
be rezoned from Residential One to Business Zone.
Section 2. That the following described real property:
The North 80 feet of the West 228 feet of Tract 7,
Sylvan Park, Kitsap County, Washington,
The South 80 feet of the West 228 feet of Tract 7,
Sylvan Park, Kitsap County, Washington
be rezoned from Residential One to Business Zone.
Section 3. That by reason of the change in the Use and Area maps,
an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health
an~ safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the general welfare,
and the same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage
and publication.
PASSED UNANINOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this ~Oth day of September, 198~.
