AN 0HDINA~CE providing for fire districts and amending Ordinance
No. 1972 by adding thereto a new section and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTO~[ DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o :£hat Ordinance No. 19V2 be, and the same hereby is a-
mended by adding thereto a new section 23 to read as follows:
Section 23. Ail that portion of the City of Bremerton embraced
within the following desc~ bed limits shall be Fire Zone 2-14:
Fire Zone 2-14
Beginning at the intersection of State Secondary Highway
No. 21-B and Lebo Boulevard; thence West 30 feet; thence
North 40 feet to the north margin of Lebo Boulevard and
true point of beginning; thence North along the west mar-
gin of said Highway 460 feet, more or less, to a point
which is east of the intersection of Clare Avenue and Hem-
lock Street; thence west to a point on the easterly margin
of Hemlock Street; thence following said margin to its con-
fluence with 'the easterly margin of Clare Avenue; thence
southerly along said margin to the confluence with the
northerly margin of Lebo Boulevard; thence easterly along
said margin to its confluence with the west margin of said
highway and the true point of beginning.
~LSO, beginning at the intersection of said Highway and
Lebo Boulevard; thence west 30 feet; thence south 40
feet to the south margin of Lebo Boulevard, the true
point of beginning; thence westerly along said margin
to its confluence with the northerly margin of Campbell
~ay,(formerly Burwell Drive, U.S. Navy Yard Addition to
Bremerton); thence southeasterly along said northerly
margin of ~ampbell Way to its confluence with the west-
erly margin of said Highway; thence northerly along said
westerly margin to the true point of beginning,
situate in Kitsap County, Washington.
Section 2. That by reason of the adoption of Ordinance No. 2038 re-
zoning the above-described area from Residential One to Business Zone,
there exists and hereby is declared to exist an emergency a~fecting the
public peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of
Bremerton and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately
following passa~:e and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, sign-
ed by the May~r and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of s~ch
passage this 26th day of August, 1953.
