AN ORDINA[~CE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~¥~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. 'hat pursuant to Resolution No. 53 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area maps of Ord-
inance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with
Chapter l, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
Beginning at the intersection of State Secondary
Highway No. 21-B and Lebo Boulevard; thence ~est
30 feet; thence north 40 feet to the north margin
of Lebo Boulevard and true point of beginning; t
thence north along the west marg$.n of ssiJ ~.~ighway
460 feet, more or less, to a point which is east
of the intersection of ~lare Avenue and Hemlock
Street; thence west to a point on the easterly margin
of Hemlock Street; thence following said margin to
its confluence with the easterly margin of Clare
Avenue; thence southerly along said margin to the
confluence with the northerly margin of ~'ebo Boule-
vard; thence easterly along said margin to its con-
fluence with the west margin of said highway and the
true point of beginning.
ALSO, beginning at the intersection of said Highway and
Lebo Boulevard; thence west ~0 feet; thence south ~0
feet to the south margin of Lebo Boulevard, the true
point of beginning; thence westerly along saiU margin
to its confluence with the northerly margin of Campbell
Way (formerly Burwell Drive, U.S. Navy Yard Addition to
Bremerton); thence southeasterly along said northerly
margin of Campbell way to its confluence with the west-
erly margin of said Highway; thence northerly along
sai~ westerly margin to the true point of beginning,
situate in Kitsap County, State of Washington,
be rezoned from Residential One to Business Zone.
Section 9.. 'hat by reason of the change in the ~Ose and Area ~.aps
an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this or~inar~ce
is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, healt~
a~d safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the yer~eral welfare,
and the ssmle shall Oe in full force and effect immediately upon vassage
and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
si~ned by the l'~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 12th day of August, 1953.
