AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and speci-
fications for the improvement of:
PART I
The alley in Block 8 of William Bremer's First Addition
between Gregory Way and Burwell Street from High Avenue
to Hewitt Avenue by the construction of a concrete alley
pavement six inches thick and fourteen feet wide;
and
PART II
Eleventh Street between Rainier Avenue and ~ontgomery Ave-
nue by the construction of concrete curbs and gutters and
five foot concrete sidewalks.
THE CITY OF BREME!i~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared
by the City Engineer, now on file in the Office of the City Clerk
for the improvement of: PART I. The alley in Block 8 of William
Bremer's First Addition between Gregory Way and Burwell Street
from High Avenue to Hewttt Avenue by the construction of a concrete
alley pavement six inches think and fourteen feet wide; and PART II.
Eleventh Street between Rainier Avenue and Montgomery Avenue by the
construction of concrete curbs and gutters and five foot concrete
sidewalks, together with the doing of all other work in connection
therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete
job, be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordina~ce shall be in full force and
effect immediately following its passage and publication, as pro-
vided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica~ion of
such passage this 5th day of August, 1953.
