AN 0~DINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and speci-
fications for the improvement of: Scott Avenue from East llth
Street to East 13th Street by the construction of five foot concrete
sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON ~OES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared
by the City Engineer, now on file in theOffice of the City Clerk
for the improvement of Scott Avenue from East llth Street to East
13th Street by the construction of five foot concrete sidewalks
and concrete curbs and gutters together with the doing of all other
work in connection therewith as may be necessary to make such im-
provement a complete job, be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall b e infull force and
effect immediately following its passage and publication, as pro-
vided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage, this 22nd day of July, 1953.
