AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES OHDAIN:
~ection 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 82 of the Planning
ComMissiOn 8~ the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ord-
inance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with
Chapter 1, Title A thereof, as follows: That the following described
real property: Lots ~4, ~8 and 36, Block ~, High School Addition to
the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, be rezoned from
Residential One to Business Zone.
Section 2. That the following described real property: West
hal~' ~f"the £Ollowing described real property: Beginning ~t a point
1160.8 feet north and 148.75 feet west of the southeast corner of
Northeast quarter of Section 1§, Township 24 North, Range 1 East,
W.M., running thence west 212 feet; thence north 150 feet; thence
east 212 feet; thence south 150 feet to point of beginning, Kitsap
County, Waahington, be r~zoned from Business to Residential One
Zone.
Section 3. That by reason of the change in the Use and Area
;~aps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and
this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety of the citizens of 2remerton, and
for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and
effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 10th day of July, 1958.
