Sect!om 1. That there b~a been previously filed with the City °ouncil
a p~titlon r~esting that certain property heretofore dedicated for alley
;purpose~ in the City of Bremsrton, County of Kitsap, State of
be v~cated, end that a resolation favoring the vacation was adopted by the
City' Council of Brems~ton on the ~rd day of June, 19~, and setting t~e
~4th ~ay of June, 1955, as the ~tate upon which said petition would b~
heard and that notice of said hearing has been posted smd given In the manner
provided by law.
Section 2. That the portion of said alley is more particularly described
as follows, to-wit:
The alley lying between Lot 26 and Lots 1, 2, ~ ~nd 4, EXCEPT
the East 5 feet of Lot 4, all in Block 1~, Port Orchard, Kitsap
County, Washington;
be, and the s~e hereby is declared vacated but the City of Bremerton does
!0. er~by reserve and retain an easement for any public utilities
ae'~,~er a~J water lines, telephone and power cables which may now be under

retai~s the right to exercise and grant easements ~n resoect t.o the

utilities amd services.
The City Clerk is authorized to certify a copy of th~s ordinance to be
e trtle apc] correct copy hereof and to file the same for recording bj the
Auditor ef Kitsap County, Was-fington.
Approved on first reading this 24th day of June, 195~.
Passed on second reading by th~ City Council of the City of ~remertom,
