AN ORDINANCE approving an~ adopting the maps, ~lans au5 s~ec~-
f~cations for the improvement of: Nipsic Avenue From East 13th
Street to East 16th Street by the construction of concrete sidewalks
f~ve feet wide, a~ concrete curbs and gutters.
iHE C~TY OF BRE~E~TON IX)ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans an~ specificatio~s prepared
by the City Engineer, now on file in the Office of the C~t.'.f Clerk
f'or the '~mprovement of Nipsic Avenue from East 13th Street to East
la;th Street by the constr~ction of concrete sidewalks, five feet
wi~e, an5 concrete c~rbs and g~tters together with the 5oi. n~ of ~11
othez~ work in connection therewith as may be necesssry to make such
i~provement s complete job, be and the same is hereby aSopteS.
Section 2. :~hat this Ordinance shall be in f~ll force an5 ef-
fect immediately following its passage and publication, as ~rovi~e5
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
t~e I,'~aFor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage, this 24th dsy of June, 1953.
