AN 0RDIN~NCE providing for a corrected plat of First Addition
to ~heridan Pa~rk, Bremerton, and declaring an emergency.
Ti~ CITy OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAiiN:
Section 1. That heretofore the plat of First A,~-~dit_~.on to
~aeridan Park, Bremerton, Kitsap County, Was~ington, was approved
and adopted as a platted addition to the City of Bremerton and said
plat is J. ncorrect in certain particulars and errors exist in the angles
aad d2stances and location and sizes of lots, blocks, streets and alleys
a~ ~'~.ow recorded in Volume ? of plats on p a~es 60 to 6~, records of
Kitss. p County, Washington, and that it is necessary that s. corrected
plat of said First Addition to Sheridan Park be made.
Section 2. T~mt a proper plat correcting the errors of the
original plat shall be prepared and submitted to the City Engineer of
the City of Bremerton for approval, and that upon receipt of such correct~.d
and proper plat and approval thereof, the same shall be accepted and the
City Engineer shall cause the same to be filed with the Auditor of Kltsap
County, Washington by t he same persons who filed the original plat, and this
ord~:~ance shall be recorded in the office of the m~ditor of Kitsap
County, '~'~'a shington.
Section 3. That by reason of the discovery of the errors in
the original plat there exists and is hereby declared to exist an
emergency reeuiring immediate filing of a corrected plat end this
ordiaance is necessary for the pres~nt preservation of the oublic
peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the City of
Bre. merton and this ordinance shall take effect i~medlately follow~ng
passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City 0ouncll of the City of ~remerto~,
