AN ORDINANCE accepting and incorporating into the corporate limits
of the City of Bremerton certain land lying outside the limits of the City
of Bremerton and being contiguous to the City of Bremerton and declaring an
emergency.
T~ CITY OF BREMERTON DOES O[~DAIN:
Section 1. Wheress, a petition signed by the owner of all of the
property hereinafter described in value according to the assessed valuation
for taxation of s aid property has been filed with the City Council of the
City of Bremerton and the Council has directed that notice of the hearing
of the petition be given and thereafter a public hearing was held on the
day o£ ~ay, 1953, an~ following such public hearing the City Council has
de~ermined to annex said described property.
Section 2. That the following described tract of land is hereby,
and by t[~Js ordinance adopted and incorporated within and becomes a part
o.6 the Oity of Bremerton, to-wit:
The Northerly 10 acres of the following described pro~erty:
The northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section
11, Township 24 North, Range 1 E.'~.~'t., except the easterly
602.71 feet thereof, situated in Kitsap County, Was~in~_..;t.m.
Sect.~.on 3. 'l~at an emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary
fo~" the ilr~ediate preservation of the public peace, property, health and
safety of the citizens of the City of Bremerton and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect following passage and publication.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the 0ity of Bremerton,
si. Shed by the ~fayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
