AN Oi~D!NANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and speci-
fications for the improvment of: The Alley between Eighth Street
and Ninth Street from Rainier Avenue to Olympic Avenue by the con-
struction of a six (6) inch thick twelve (12) foot wide concrete
alley pavement.
THE CITY OF BRENERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~'hat the maps, plans and specifications prepared
by 'the City Engineer, now on file in the, Office of the City Clerk
for the improvement of the Alley between Eighth Street and Ninth
Street from Rainier Avenue to Olympic Avenue by the construction
of a six (6) inch thick twelve (12) foot wide concrete alley pave-
ment together with the doing of all other work in connection there-
with as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete job,
be an~i the s~e is hereby adopted.
Section ~. ~hat this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect imme~iately following its passage and publication, as
provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the ~ayor an~ attested by the City Clerk in authentication of
such passage, this 8th day of April, 198~.
