AN 0RDINt~NCE Vacating a certain portion of Trenton Avenue sit-
uated in the City of Bremerton.
TIIE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Sect~op 1. ~'hat there has been previously filed with the City
Council a'petition requesting that a portion of Trenton Avenue in the
City of .~remerton, County of Kitsap, State of Washington, be vacated,
and that a resolution favoring vacation of the property herein des-
cribed was adopted by the City Countil of the City of Bremerton on
the 10th day of December, 1952, and setting the 31st day of ?~cember,
1952, as the date upon which said petition would be heard, and notice
of said hearing has been posted, and given in the manner provided by

Section 2. That that portion of Trenton Avenue described as
follows, to-wit:
The West 5 feet of Trenton Avenue adjacent to Lot 12, Block
26, Original Town of Decatur, Bremerton, Kitsap County, Wash-
ington;
be, and the same hereby is declared vacated but the City of Bremerton
does hereby roserve and retain an easement for any public ut_lities,
including s :wer and water lines, telephone and power cables which may
now be un~er the surface of any of the area vacated and s~ id City also
retains the right to exercise and grant easements in respect to the
area hereby vacated for the construc oion, repair and maintenance of
public utilities and services.
Section 3. The City ~lerk of the City of Bremerton is authorized
to certify a copy of this ordinance to be a true and correct copy
thereof and to file the same for recording by the Auditor of Kitsap
County, Washington.
APPROVED on first reading this 31st day of ~December, 1952.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erich, signed by the ~"ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this 7th day of January, 1953.
