AN ORDINANCE vacating certain property heretofore conveyed to the
City of Bremerton as an alley.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES O}{DAIN:
Section 1. hat there has been previously filed with the City
Council a petitio~ requesting that certain property heretofore conveyed
t~:. the City of Bremerton for an alley and situated in the City of Brem-
erton, County of Kitsap, State of Washington, be vacated, anU t}~at a
resolution favoring the vacation was adopted by the City Council of the
City of Bremerton on the 26th day of November, 1952, and setting the
24th day of December, 1952, as the date upon which said petition would
be heard and that notice of said hearing has been posted and published
in the manner provided by law.
Section 2. That the I'ollowing described property, to-wit:
The North 15 feet of the following described property:
Beginning 828.54 feet East and 130 feet North of the South-
west corner of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quar-
ter of Section 14, Township 24, North Range i East,
thence running North 130 feet; thence East 165.?1 feet;
thence South 130 feet; thence ~est 155.?1 feet to the point
of beginning;
be, and the ssm~e hereby is declared vacated.
The City Clerk is a~thorized to certify a copy of this ordinance
to be a-true and correct copy hereof and t.o file the same for record-
ing by the Auditor of Kitsap County, Washington.

PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of Brem®r-
ton, signed by the i~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this 7th day of January, 1953.
