AN ORDINANCE repealing certain ordinances and sections of ord-
inances of the City of Bremerton, which have become obsolete, have been
superceded by the adoption of charter, or have been repealed directly
or by implication by the enactment of later ordinances.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o Whereas, certain ordinances of the City of Bremerton
enacted prior to the adoption of a charter, have been superceded by
the charter, and other ordinances have become obsolete and other ordin-
ances have been repealed cirectly or by implication upon the adoption
of uniform codes. ~'hat it is deemed to the best interests of the Oity
of Bremerton that such ordinances, or parts of ordinances, should be
repealed.
Section 2. That the following ordinances and/or sections of
ordinances be, and hereoy are repealed: 9, 15, 41, 56, 66, 67. 69,
