'AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE REGULATION OF EATING AND DRINKING
ESTABLISHMENTS AND A~IENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1444.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ~'hat Ordinance No. 1444 be, and the same is, amended
by adding thereto a new section to be known as Section l(a).
Section i (a). That a certified copy of the 1940 edition of the
ordinance and code regulating eating and drinking establishments rec-
ommended by the United States Public Health Service shall be amended
by the amendments and additions thereto, a certified copy of which is
and s~all se on file with the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Bremerton.
APP~OVED on first reading this 3rd day of November, 1954.
PASSED on second reading by the ~ity Council of the City of Brem-
erton, signed by 'the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this~ 10th day of November, 1954.
