AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and
specifications for the improvement of : East 2End Street from
Nipsic Avenue to Trenton Avenue and Nipsic Avenue from Cascade
Trail to Holman Street by the construction of five foot con-
crete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters except no side-
walks fronting Lots 13 to ~.4 and Lot 30 in Wischhoefer's Add-
ition.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications pre-
pared by the ~ity Engineer, now on file in the ~ffice of the
City Clerk for the improvement of: East 22nd Street from Nip-
sic A~venue to Trenton Avenue and Nipsic Avenue from Cascade
Trail to Holman Street by the construction of five foot con-
crete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters except no side-
walks fronting Lots 13 to 24 and Lot 30 in~ischhoefer's Addition,
together with the doing of any and all other work in connection
therewith as may be necessary to make such improvement a complete
job, be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section B. That this Ordinance shall oe in full force and
effect immediately following its passage and publication as pro-
vided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of +Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authensication
thereof, this 8th day of September, 1954.
