AN ORDINANCE approving and a~optlng the maps, plans and specifi-
cations for the improvement of: 6th Street from Washington Avenue to
Warren Avenue; 5th Street fro~ Washington Avenue to Warren Avenue;~Sth
Street from Washington Avenue to Warren Avenue; 4th Street from Wash-
ington Avenue to Warren Avenue; Burwell Street from Washington Avenue
to Warren Avenue; 2nd Street from 2nd Street Dock to Pacific Avenue;
1st Street from 1st Street Dock to P.S.N.S. gate; ~ark Avenue from 4th
Street to 6th Street; Pacific Avenue from lst. Street to 221.8 feet
North of 8th Street; Washington Avenue from P.S.N.S. gate to 9th Street;
by the construction of a Mercury Vapor Street Lighting Oystem.
THE CITY OF BREME~TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. 'hat the maps, plans and specifications prepared by
the City Engineer, now on file in the Office of the City Olerk for the
improvement of: 6th Street from Washington ~venue to ~arren Avenue;
5th Street from Washington Avenue to Warren Avenue; 4th Street from Wash-
ington Avenue to ~arren Avenue; Burwell Street from ~ashington Avenue to
Warren Avenue; 2nd Street from 2nd Street Dock to FaciI~ic ~venue; 1st
Street from 1st Street Dock to P.S.N.S. gate; Park Avenue from 4th Street
to 6th Street; Pacific Avenue from 1st Street to 221.8 feet North of 8th
Street; Washington Avenue from P.S.N.S. gate to 9th Street; by the con-
struction of a Mercury Vapor Street Lighting System together with the
doing of all other work in connection therewith as may be necessary to
make such improvement a complete job, be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately following its passage and puOlication as provided Oy law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signe5 by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage,
this 2nd day of June, 1954.
