AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Use and Area maps of ~rdinance No. 1792,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREI¥iERTON IYO-ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. ghat pursuant to Resolution No. 57 of the Planning
Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ord-
inance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in conformity with
Ohapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described real property:
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and lO, Block 5, First Addition
to Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington
be rezoned from Residential Two to Commercial Zone.
Section 2. £hat by reason of the change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance is necessary for the i~r~ediate preservation of the public
peace, health ana safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect im-
mediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage, this 19th day of May, 1954.
