AN ORDINANCE dedicating certain property as a public street ami to
be a part of Burwell Street.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1, That the following described property, being a portion
of the Water Tower Site, to-wit:
The South 20 feet of the East 40 feet of the
South 10B feet of the West 284 feet of the
North one-half of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of Section lB, Township
24 North, Range i East, Willamette ~eridian,
Kitsap County, Washington;
is hereby dedicated as a Part and portion of Burwell Street and which
shall hereafter be a part of Burwell Street and a public way in the
City of Bremerton, Washington, for the purposes of public travel there-
on to the use of the public as a street forever.
APPROVED on first reading this 5th day of May, 1954.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 12th day of May, 1954.
