AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance
No. 1792, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to petition filed with the
City Council of the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area maps
of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in con-
formity with Chapter l, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That' the following described real property:
Lots 16, 17 and 18, Nels Nelson,s Addition to
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
be rezoned from Residential to Business.
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and
Area Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to
exist, and this ordinance i.s necessary for the immediate pre-
servation of the public peace, health and safety of the cit-
izens of Bhemerton, and for the general welfare, and the same
shall be in full force and effect immediately upon passage
and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 16th day
of April, 1954.
