AN ORDINANCE relating to the establishment of voting
precincts and adding a new section 66 to Ordinance No. 1781,
as amended, and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREHEi{TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That there is hereby added to Ordinance
No. 1781 a new Section 66 to read as follows:
Section 68. Precinct No. 64:
That part of the East ¼ of the West ~ of
the Northeast ¼ of the Northwest % of Sec-
tion 12, Township 24 North, Range 1 East
W.M. adjacent to and not included in Hal-
verson Addition lying South of East S0th
Street and East S0th Street exteuded.
Section ~. That by the recent annexation of territory
by the City oP Bremerton, which territory is not included in
any existing precinct within the City of Bremerton, it is nec-
essary that a precinct be estaolished before the forthcoming
elections, and there exists ~nd is hereby declared to exist
an emergency, and this Ordinance is necessary for the immed-
iate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of
the citizens of Bremerton and shall be in full force 8nd ef-
fect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED Ui~ANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by ~he ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 21st day of December,
1955.
