AN ORDINANCE vacating a certain parcel of land as a public
park and dedicating a certain parcel of property as a public
street to be a part of 12th Street.
THE CITY 0F BRE?~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 794 passed by the City Com-
mission of the City of Bremarton, July 24, 1924, erroneously ded-
icated 'the following described parcel of land for oark and play-
ground purposes.
Section 2. That the following described real property, sit-
uate in the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County, ~Vashin~ton:
A 30 foot strip of land; Beginning at the intersection
of the ~Vest margin of S, roadway Avenue and the South
margin of !2th Street; thence North along the ~'est
margin of Broadway Avenue, 30 feet; thence West paral-
lel with the South margin of 12th Street extended, to
the ~ast line of Lot 4, Tract 8, Warren Smith's Acre
Tracts; thence South alon{~ the East line of said Lot
4, Tract 8, 30 feet; thence East along the South line
of 12th Street extended, to the point of beginning.
is hereby dedicated as a part and portion of !2th Street which
shall hereafter be a part of 12th Street and a public way in the
City of Bremerton, Washington, for the purpose of public travel
thereon and for the use of the public as a street forever.
APPR0~fED on first reading this 14th day of December, 1955.
PASSED on second reading by the City Cou~cil of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the ~,.Iayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passsge this 21st day of December, 1955.
