THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1o That pursuant to Resolution No. 59 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and
Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby a-
mended in conformity with Chapter I, Title 4 thereof, as
follows:
That the following describe5 real p~operty:
A piece of land lying between Fourth and Fifth
Streets, the E~st line being 100 feet West of the
West margin of Naval Avenue and the ~est line being
173 feet .~est of the ~est margin of Naval Avenue,
in the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington,
be rezoned from Residential One to Business Zone.
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and
Area Maps, an emergency exists and is hereby declared to exist,
and this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of Bremer-
ton, and for the general welfare, and the same shall be in full
force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the City Council of the City of Brem-
erton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 3Oth day of November, 1955.
