and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~/[E~{TON i~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. '~'hat the Ose and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792
be and they are hereby amended in conformity with bhapter I, ritle
4 thereof as follows:
Lots 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 3, Andreaeon & RippeyWs
First Addition to the City of Bremerton, Kitsap County

is rezoned from Residential i to business.
Section 2. That an emergency exists and this Ordinance is neces-
sary fSr' the immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety
in the Oity of Bremerton, and for the purpose o~' general welfare, and
the ss~ne si~all ~ake effect immediately following passage and publica-
tion.
PASSED AND APPROVED unanimously by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 23rd day of November, 1955.
