AN ORDINANCE approving 'the maps, plans, and specifica-
tions for the improvement of: Nipsic Avenue from East 1Vth
Street to Cascade Trail and of East 18th Street from Nipsic
Avenue to 332.56 feet West, by the construction of concrete
curbs and gutters ar~' five foot ~:oncrete sidewalks.
THE CITY OF BR~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications pre-
pared by the City Engineer, now on file in the Office of the
City Clerk, for the improvement of: Nipsic Avenue from East
17th Street to Cascade Trail and of East 18th Street from
Nipsic Avenue to 332.58 feet West by the construction of con-
crete curbs and gutters and concrete sidewalks five feet
wide together with the doing of any and all other work in
~onnection therewith as may be necessary to make such improve-
ment a complete Job, be and the same is hereby adopted.
Section 2. ~'hat this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect immediately following its passage and publication
as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in auth-
entication of such passage this 2nd day of November, 1955.
