AN ORDIN~CE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No.
1792 and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES O~DAIN:
Section 1o That pursuant to Resolution No. 58 of the
Planning Commission of the City of Bremerton, the Use and area
Maps of Ordinance No. 1792 be, and they hereby are amended in
conformity with Chapter 1, Title 4 thereof, as follows:
That the following described, real property:
Lot 1, Block 2, Navy Park First Addition
to Charleston, Kitsap County, Washington,
be rezoned from Residential One to Residential Two Zone.
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and
Area '"aps, an emergency exlsts and is hereby declared to exist,
and 'this Ordinance is necessary for the i~nediate preservation
of the public peace, health,and safety o£ the citizens of Brem-
erton, and for the general welfare, and che same shall be in
full force and effect immediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY by the Ciby Council of the City of Brem-
erton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage, this 9th day of November, 1955.
