AN ORDINANCE providing for the creation and establishment
of a special fund to be known as the Union River Development
Construction Fund for the betterment of the city water works
and the building of a storage dam on the Union River, providing
for the deposit of funds therein and the transfer of funds there-
to and providing for disbursements from said funds.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON ~OES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to establish a special fund to be known as the Union
River Development Construction Fund.
Section 2o The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to transfer to said Union River Development Gonstruc-
tion Fund any and all monies received by the City of Bremerton
from the sale of all water and sewer Revenue Bonds, as provid-
ed for in Ordinance No. 2124, and any funds budgete~ or approp-
riate~ by the City for use in development of the Union River
Project.
Section 3. Monies may be expended from said Union River
Development Construction Fund under the direction of the City
Council of the City of Bremerton for the purposes of construct-
ing said storage dam and for the betterment of the city water
works.
APPROVED on first reading this 19th day of October, 1955.
PASSED on final reading by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th day of Oct-
ober, 1955.
