AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bremerton, levying municipal
taxes against all of the taxable property within the City Limits
of the City of Bremerton for 'the year 1955, and approving the
assessment roll made by the Assessor of Kitsap County therefor,
to be collected in the year 1956.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. '£hat a tax of the total valuation of 'the taxable
property of the City of Bremerton, assessed in the sun of $291~097
said tax 0eing in amounts as follows, be and the s~ne is hereby
levied against all of the taxable property located within 'the cor-
porate limits of the City of Bremerton, for municipal purposes,
for the y~ar 1955, to 'be collected in the year 1~ the same to
be carried on the tax rolls and collected b~ the ~reasurer of
Kitsap County:

Section 2. ~hat the assessment roll as made by the County
Assessor of Kitsap County, Washington, and reviewed by the County
Co~issioners of said County, assessing property values as a basis
for taxes for the year 1955 to be collected in the year 1956, ir
which said roll the taxable property in the City of Bremerton is
assessed in the sum of ,~19,406,518 be and the said assessment roll
is hereby approved as the assessment roll for levying taxes for
the City of Bremerton.
Section 3. ~'his ordinance shall be in full force and effect
im. mediately following passage and publication as provided by law.

entication of such passage this Vth day of October, 1955.
