AN ORDINANCE relatin~ to peddling, amending Ordinance No.
1882 as amended by Ordinance No. 2044 by adding thereto a new
Section and repealing Ordinance No. 2115.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1882 as amended by Ordinance
No. 2004 be and hereby is amended by adding thereto, a new Sec-
tion 4-A to read as follows:
Section 4-A. TRANSFER OF LICENSE: An annual license issued
to any person employed by a business firm or corporation located
within the City of Bremerton may be transferred to another person
employed by the same firm upon application and approval in accord-
ance with Section 4, Ordinance No. 2044, and upon the payment of
a fee of $1.00. Such license shall expire on the 30th day of June
subsequent to its issuance in accordance with Section 4, Ordinance
No. 2044.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 2115 be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
APPROVED on first reading this 22nd day of June, 1955.
PASSED on second reading by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in auth-
entication of such passage this 29th day of June, 1955.
