Chapters 46.12, 46.16, 46.20, 46.36, 46.40, 46.44, 45.~7, 46.48, 46.5~, 46.56, 46.60, 46.64 of the Revised Code of ington are here0. ~,dopted insofar as the same may se applicable as the Motor Vehicle Laws of the 0ity of [~remerton; all amendments or addi- tions to such laws as adopted when ~orinted and filed with the 0ity Clerk shall 0e considered1 and acce~ted as additions to such statutes, code or compilations, without the necessity of further adoption of s,mh smer~dments or additions, all as -orovided by Section l, Chapter 213, Session Laws of 1943. Section 2. Any person violating any provisions of said statutes, code or compilations referrec! to in Section 1 hereof, shall ~e deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a s'tua not to exceed i~300.00 Dollars, or imprisonment in the~City Jail not to exceed ~?0 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 3. Ordinance No. 1625 is hereby repea].e&. Section 4.
