THE CITY BREiviERTO~ F~)ES 0~iDAIN:
Section 1. ~e City Treasurer is b. ereby authorized and
directed to estab! Ih s Cumulative Reserve Fund for the acqui-
sition of Fire-fi ng equipment as of Jtme 1, 1955.
Section 2. ~'he ty T~easurer is hereby authorized and
directed to transi'er i o said fund, all funds now held, car-
ried, or maintaine~ for purchase of fire-fighting equ.ip-
ment, and the City Treas' er is authorized to accept, and
deposit to the credit of UC~mulative Reserve Fund, any
other funds which may be b~ eted or appropriated for the pur-
chase of fire-fighting equi~ ~nt.
Section 3. ~Ioneys may xpended from said Cumulative
Reserve Fund un,er the direc of the City 0ouncil of the
City of Bremerton for the purchs of fire-fighting equipment.
