AN ORDINANCE providing for the creation and establis~nent
of a special fund to 0e known as "Cumulative Reserve Fund for
Acquisition of Lands for Water Department Purposes" providing
for the deposit of funds therein and the transfer of funds
thereto, and providing for disbursements from said fund.
~HE CITY OF BREMERTON £~OES ORDAIN:
Section 1. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to establish a Cumulative Reserve Fund for the Acqui-
sition of Lands for ~ater Department purposes as of June 1,
1955.
Section 2. The City Treasurer is hereby amthorized and
~irected to transfer to said Cumulative Reserve Fund any and
all moneys received by the City of Sremerton or the City Water
Oepartment from the sale of ~ater Department lands since the
first day of ~ay, 1955 and ~he oity '~reasurer is hereby author-
ized and directed to transfer to said Cumula'tive Reserve Fund
any other money received from the sale of ~ater Department lands
and any funds 0udgeted or appropriated for the acquisition of
land for Water Department purposes.
Section 3. Moneys may be expended from said Cumulative
Reserve Fund under the direction of the City Council of the
City of Bremerton for ~he acquisition of land for ~ater ~epart-
ment purposes.
Approved on first reading this ilth day of May, 1955.
Passed on final reading[ by the City Council of the City of
