AN ORDINANCE relating to firs districts, amending Ordinance
No. 1972 as amended by Ordinance No. 2041 by adding thereto a new
section and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BRE~ERTON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That ordinance No. 1972, as amended, by ordinance
No. 2041, be, and hereby is amended by adding thereto a new sec-
tion 24 to read as follows:
Section 24. Ail that portion of the City of Bremer'ton
embraced within the following described limits shall be
fire zone 2-lB:
Fire Zone 2-15
The west 219.065 feet of tract 8 and t~e west 225 feet
of tract V, Sylvan FarM, Kitsap County, State of Wash-
ington.
Section 2. ~hat an emergency exists effecting the public
pease, health, safety anm welfare and this ordinance shall be
effective i~mnediately following passage and publication.
PASSED UNANIMOUSLY oy ~he City Council of the City of Bremer-
ton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
-tication of such passage this 13th day of April, 1955.
