AN O~DINANCE vacating a portion of an alley in the Ivy Green
Cemetery and re-establishing certain lots.
THE CITY OF BREMERTON [~ES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That subsequent to the establishment of the Ivy
Green Cemetery, lots 3 and 4 of block 59 were appropriated for street
purposes; that bewteen lots 5 aha 6 and lots 12 and 11 in block 59
there exists an alley adequate in size for Burial purposes. ~'hat
said alley is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was
dedicated.
Section 2. ~hat the portion of said alley lying between lots
5 and 6 and lots 12 and 11 in block 59, Ivy Green Cemetery be and
the s~ne is hereby declared vacated.
Section 3. ~hat the portion of the alley, hereby vacated, ly-
ing between lots 5 and 12 of Block 59 is hereby dedicated for burial
purposes and is declared to be lot 4 block 59 and the portion of the
alley hereby vacated, lying between lots 6 and 11 of block 59 is
hereby dedicated for ~urial purposes and is declared to be lot 3,
block 5~.
APPROVED on the first reading this 30th day of March, 1955,
by the City Council of the Oity of Bremerton.
PASSED on second readin$ the 6th may of April, 1955, by the
Oity Council of the Oity of Bremerton, signed by the l~ayor and at-
tested by the City clerk in authentication of such passage.
