AN ORDINANCE amending Use and Area Maps of Ordinance No. 1792,
and declaring an emergency.
THE CITY OF BHEMF2{TON DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That pursuant to Resolution No. 66 of the Planning
Commission'o~ the City of Bremerton, the Use and Area Maps of Ord-
inance No. 1792 be, and they are hereby amended in conformity with
Chapter I, Title 4 thereof, as follows: ~
That She following described real property:
The South 71 feet of the west 154 feet of lot 4, tract 2,
Decatur Acre Tracts, according to plat recorded in Volume
2 of Plats, page 53, in Kitsap County, Washington;.EXCEPT
roads
be rezoned from Residential One (1) to Commercial Zone.
Section 2. That by reason of the change in the Use and Area
Maps, an emergency exists an~ is hereby declared to exist, and this
Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health ~nd safety of the citizens of Bremerton, and for the
general welfare, and the same shall be in full force and effect im-
mediately upon passage and publication.
PASSED UNANII~O[.]SLY by the City Council of tile City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 4th day of Se~0tember, 195V.
